The Red rose is for the deep love they had for Takita
The yellow Rose according to an old cowboy song means goodbye
but even though you are now gone from their lives, you are not gone from their hearts
Takita is just around the corner in the next room of your heart
As long as you never forget Takita he shall remain there ever and one day more

At the time we did not know what color Takita's eyes were.
Sister CareWolf and I both thought the eyes surely must be blue
So we both changed the red eye effect to blue. However her picture
had lighter and much prettier blue, so we decided to use the one she did
I am sure Takita is up there with our babies and ShiShi is in love
and Pooky will share, but he may be a wee bit jealous also. I am sure Takita
and ShiShi will be friends and soulmates forever now, just as I am sure
they share their love just as we in this pack of wolves do.

They say memories are golden;
well, maybe that is true.

I never wanted memories
I only wanted you.

A million times I will miss you,
a million times I will cry.

If love alone could have saved you,

In life I loved you dearly,

In my heart you hold a place
no pup could ever fill.

It broke my heart to lose you,
but you did not go alone.

For part of me went with you,
the day God called you home.

God has you safe in His keeping,
but I'll have you forever in my heart.

I'd walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again.

Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same.

But as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.

I am not sure what sister Carewolf's thoughts were when
she made this picture above, but i suspect her thoughts were the same as
mine when first I saw it. How fitting to have a rainbow next to Takita
signifying the Journey to the Rainbow Bridge.

The Music not only is one of my all time favourites
but also so very fitting I thought. "Blue eyes crying in the rain."
